We provide quotes based on the following priority order:

1. VBP (Volume-Based Pricing)
   Our standard Volume-Based Pricing quote with discounts provided on a per order basis, rather than annual commitments.
   
   
2. Annual Spend Commitment with Flat Price/Unit
   Example: "$80/unit with $500k in annual spend commitment"
   A fixed price/unit for customers committing to a specified annual spend.
   
   
3. Box Pricing (Flat Price/Unit for Specific Box Quantities)
   Example: "80-75"
   $80/unit for a Box of 10
   $75/unit for a Box of 50
   Annual Spend Commitment optional.
   
   
4. Flat $/Unit with no Annual Spend Commitment
   Example: "80"
   A fixed price/unit with no required annual spend commitment.

After form submission, Sylke, Inc.'s W-9 will appear for download.

Please email our W-9 to the customer if you filled out the form for them. Otherwise, this could delay payment on the first invoice and subsequent commission payout.

1. Ensure the Corporate Account Application has been completed, and your customer's account is set up with their contract pricing. Check with Sales Ops for confirmation.
   
   
2. Customer must use the same email address that was used to create your corporate account when logging in.
   
   
3. When logged in, their discounted pricing will now be displayed automatically based on their contract. No manual input of pricing or discount codes is necessary anymore.
   
   
4. At final checkout, verify pricing reflects the contracted discount, optionally insert the PO #, and checkout with a credit card.
   
   

Discount Codes:

• For customers that have not created an account online, the following default discount codes are available: 8010 and 8050 for $80/unit.
