New Customer Journey

Email operations@sylke.com requesting a quote including: the IDN or facility name, and the requested pricing:

  1. VBP Quote (Volume-Based Pricing)
    Our standard Volume-Based Pricing quote with discounts provided on a per order basis, rather than annual commitments.

  2. $X/unit Quote
    Example: "$80/unit"
    *Annual Spend Commitment optional.

  3. $X-Y/unit Quote
    Example: "$80-75/unit"
    $80/unit for a Box of 10
    $75/unit for a Box of 50
    *Annual Spend Commitment optional.


All discounted pricing must first be approved by Scott Flowers, our EVP of Sales, via email.

Once approved, Sales Ops will provide you with the final quote PDF to share with your customer.

This quote includes EVERYTHING your customer needs to set us up in their system.

There will be a drop down to select Ordering Method:

  • Emailing purchase order to po@sylke.com
  • Paying online with credit card
  • Requesting quote

After form submission, the customer will be redirected to our SYLKE® VAC Folder which includes our W-9, FDA info, Certificate of insurance, IFU, and important product info.

  1. Confirm completed Corporate Account Application: Ensure the form was submitted and the customer account was set up confirmed by Sales Ops.

  2. Log in: The customer must log in using the same email address used to create their account. We can accommodate multiple email addresses under the same account. If you need to add a new email address to a customer account, please send an email to operations@sylke.com with the following information: the name of the facility, the new first name, last name, and the new email address.

  3. Discounted Pricing: Once logged in, the customer's discounted pricing (as per their contract) will display automatically. Note: Discount codes are no longer needed nor supported.

  4. Checkout Process: Verify that the pricing now reflects the contracted discount. Optionally, the customer can now insert a PO number before checking out with a credit card.

  5. Support: For any questions or issues, direct customers to contact operations@sylke.com.

Returning Customer Journey
